Privacy Policy
Effective June 25, 2026
Shibby Ventures LLC is built on a simple principle: your data stays yours. This policy explains what the websites, applications, and services we operate (collectively, the "Services") collect, and what we do — and don't do — with it. It applies to every Shibby Ventures product that links to this page.
1. Our products are built to collect as little as possible
Our applications are designed to run for you and only you. Unless a specific product's own documentation says otherwise, our apps have no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no behavioral analytics, and any data they generate stays on your device. We are not in the business of harvesting or selling personal information.
2. What this website collects
This website collects only the following:
- Contact form submissions. If you fill out the contact form, we store the name, email address, subject, and message you provide so that we can read and respond to it.
- Standard server logs. Like virtually all websites, our server temporarily records basic request information (such as IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps) for security, debugging, and operational purposes. These logs are not used to build profiles or track you, and they are retained only briefly.
We do not use analytics, advertising networks, third-party trackers, or social media pixels on this site. We do not set marketing or tracking cookies — the only cookie we use is the session/security token that the website framework requires to protect form submissions. Web fonts are self-hosted, so loading this site does not send your information to any outside service.
3. How we use contact information
We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for marketing, or add you to any mailing list.
4. Data retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to address your inquiry and keep a record of our correspondence. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time (see "Your choices" below).
5. Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or share your personal information. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
The Services are operated using third-party hosting infrastructure that processes requests on our behalf. Such providers may incidentally process data (for example, in server logs) strictly to deliver the service.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this site. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your choices
For information submitted through this website's contact form, you may request access to or deletion of that information by emailing [email protected].
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Contact us
The Services are operated by Shibby Ventures LLC. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, you can reach us through the contact form or at [email protected].
